Meet Your Doctors
Dr. Sutherland
Dr. Steven J. Sutherland, raised in the South Bay, graduated from UC San Diego and earned his dental degree from the University of the Pacific in 1996. He has been with Digital Smiles since then. Passionate about staying current, Dr. Sutherland dedicates over 100 hours annually to continuing education and also serves as a dental consultant. At Digital Smiles, he utilizes advanced technology to provide minimally invasive care, and his work on one-visit restorations has been featured on ABC’s “American Healthguard” and “The Wellness Hour.”
Dr. Bennett
Dr. Bennett attended dental school in Las Vegas, where he developed a strong foundation in patient care, contemporary dentistry and oral health. Throughout his life, he has lived in San Diego, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Las Vegas, experiences that have allowed him to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Outside of his professional life, he is passionate about sports and enjoys following basketball and football. He also loves spending time outdoors, especially fishing whenever the opportunity arises. One of his favorite hobbies is collecting trading cards, which combines his appreciation for sports, history, and memorabilia. He enjoys building his collection and staying connected with the trading card community. His interests reflect a balance between professional dedication, competition, and recreation.
Dr. Soliman
Dr. Bijan Soliman is a compassionate and detail-oriented dental professional with extensive international and U.S. clinical experience. He is skilled in cosmetic, restorative, and surgical dentistry, and is deeply committed to patient-centered care and continual learning.
Dr. Soliman began his academic journey at the University of California, Riverside, where he earned his degree in Neuroscience. Driven by a passion for both science and service, he went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Debrecen in Hungary. To further strengthen his clinical expertise and meet U.S. standards, Dr. Soliman completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Loma Linda University in California.
Whether he’s creating a confident smile through aesthetic treatments or restoring function with precision, Dr. Soliman combines advanced techniques with a personal, empathetic approach. His mission is to deliver exceptional dentistry while making every patient feel comfortable, informed, and valued.
